Reaching communities, empowering change

Our peace building initiatives target local communities, government officials, and other NGOs, fostering collaboration and understanding. We address immediate conflict issues by facilitating peace negotiations and responding to incidents likely to cause conflict. Our work extends to solving conflicts using traditional systems and monitoring security situations to provide reports to relevant authorities.

Traditional systems and resource sharing

We use traditional systems to resolve local conflicts, monitor security, and provide essential reports to county and state-level peace committees and government administrative structures. We also focus on promoting interaction between neighboring communities to facilitate the sharing of natural resources and resolve related conflicts peacefully. We measure our success by reaching wider communities and creating a lasting impact.

Empowering women for a peaceful future

A core element of our approach is the empowerment of women. By enabling women's participation in agriculture and leadership roles in government and other sectors, we promote inclusive decision-making and sustainable peace. We believe that involving women in all aspects of society is key to building a more equitable and peaceful South Sudan.
